Our Community Outreach & Stabilization Program

Together We Serve All is Life Rescue Resource’s core outreach and stabilization program, created to support individuals and families facing poverty, homelessness, emotional distress, and crisis‑level needs. We meet people where they are—on the streets, in temporary housing, or within the community—and provide compassionate, trauma‑informed support during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Our team offers basic needs assistance, crisis navigation, mental health support, and connections to essential resources such as housing, employment, healthcare, and community services. While we are not a clinical provider, we are trained to recognize signs of emotional distress and respond with immediate, caring support. When someone expresses thoughts of self‑harm or shows signs of significant emotional crisis, we help connect them quickly to licensed mental health professionals, crisis hotlines, or emergency services, and we continue to walk alongside them through follow‑up support.

Through strong partnerships with local agencies, schools, shelters, and community organizations, Together We Serve All provides coordinated, wrap‑around care that reduces barriers and promotes long‑term stability. Our approach is rooted in dignity, trust, and relationship—ensuring that no one has to navigate crisis alone and that every person has a pathway toward a healthier, more secure future.
